SIX-PACK CARD RESTRICTIONS

Craft Farms Six-Pack Cards include 6 rounds of golf at Craft Farms Golf Club which may be played on either the Cotton Creek course or Cypress Bend course.

Peninsula Six-Pack Cards include 6 rounds of golf at Peninsula Golf & Racquet Club.

Winter Six-Pack Cards are valid  from 11/15/2025 until 2/15/2026.

Extended Six-Pack Cards are valid  from 11/15/2025 until 3/31/2026.

Quantities are limited and Six-Pack Cards will only be available for purchase until November 1, 2025 or while supplies last.

Prices include greens fees and cart fees. Prices exclude sales tax.

A convenience fee of 3% will be added to all credit card transactions. To avoid the 3% convenience fee, please pay by check.

Range balls are available at an additional cost of $10 per bag. 

All Six-Packs are to be picked up at their respective golf shops starting November 15, 2025.

Tee times are required and can only be booked 14 days in advance.

Please book all tee times by calling the Golf Shop.

Six-Pack tee times CANNOT be booked online.

Maximum use of two rounds per Six-Pack Card per day.

Nine hole rounds can only be played after 2:00pm.

Six-Pack Cards can be used any day of the week in November, December, January, and February. In March Extended Six-Packs can only be used Sunday-Thursday.

All golfers must check in at the Golf Shop prior to play.

We ask all guests to ride with two per golf cart.

Six-Pack Cards are not valid with any other promotions or programs and cannot be combined with other offers.

Six-Pack Cards are non-transferable. Purchases will be non-refundable after the first round is played. No refunds will be issued for unused rounds.
